Customer Support - the eTAP support team
Customer support is undertaken by the eTAP support team. The eTAP support team are an experienced group of programmers and support people. Their job is to customise, modify and add to eTAP so that it is the best possible fit for each school.

Sharon Hayes
Customer Support

The team is very experienced in database design and web-based technology. They have many years experience working in the education market.
Please contact the eTAP support team through any of the methods shown. They especially like to do tasks/work via email. This gives a record of requests, which can be used internally to track progress, and complete work.

Ainsley is a partner of eTAP. Ainsley is the lead software developer of the team. He has over 30 years experience in IT and an extensive knowledge of network and software design including Linux, SQL, PHP, Citrix, Routing technologies, Microsoft server systems and web servers.
